I use Polylang for translation.
Do you recommend using another plugin, or is it possible to configure it?

Unfortunately we didn’t tested this plugin with our theme, by I think that you can translate with it the logo using this documentation -> https://polylang.pro/doc/strings-translations/ -> https://polylang.pro/doc/strings-translation/ you’ll need to add a string translation for log, you’ll need to use this documentation -> http://prntscr.com/p5kpyp unfortunately this is all I can do to help you with this untested plugin.
Usually we recommend ti use WPML plugin, this one is tested with our theme and is working just fine.

O problema é que o WPML é um plugin pago, e para que a empresa me libere a verba necessária, eu teria que dar certeza que o plugin resolveria todas os meus problemas.
Mas vou tentar resolver usando a documentação que você me mandou.
Caso eu não consiga resolver, tem alguma maneira de desativar o click do Logo.

Ok, in order to remove the link from logo you’ll need to go in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header/logo.php and replace the a with other html tag -> http://prntscr.com/p6m4xn also you’ll need to replace the a tag from all logo files.

Na minha pasta parts/header não encontro os arquivos logo-h1.php logo-mobile.php logo-mobile-h1.php logo-text.php
Apenas o logo.php onde removi a Tag ““.
Mas não surgiu efeito.
Como faço se não tenho estes arquivos, e mesmo retirando o código do arquivo que tenho, nada muda?

If you are using the Newspaper theme then you need to change it in this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header also you can use a child theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
