Can't change the CSS Phone margin

I am using a regular text block, but when I add a CSS Desktop margin, I can’t change the margin for phone anymore. How can I change it to 0 on phone?

Please provide some more details about this problem, do you use the mobile theme plugin or the responsive version of the theme, also your screenshot is not working -> http://prntscr.com/p6n0dy
If you are using the mobile theme plugin please check the setting from Theme panel> Mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/p6n5lf

I am using the responsive version. I can only upload an image via a link, but it isnt online. Isn’t there another way to provide screen shots?
