Hi there.
I am using the newsletter element and have inserted the code from mailchimp.
However only the email input shows.
I would like also to have my subscribers type in their name.
How do I do that?

Please notice that our Newsletter will show only the email address -> http://prntscr.com/p9nicf, if you want to have the fields that you set in MailChimp then set the code directly in column text -> http://prntscr.com/p2ji9d
