The “Parent Category” link on the breadcrumbs chain is linking to a web page I did not create. It appears like a default layout. How do I make it goes to the correct landing page?

Hello,
I think that you are referring to the category page template , if is so then you can change it from theme panel > categories -> http://prntscr.com/pb4k0c or you can use a category template from tagDiv Cloud template and edit it with tagDiv Composer do achieve what you need.
