Hi there,
I am trying to customize the header template 36.
I want to change the background image but whatever image I upload it is totally blury.
I have uploaded several images with the same size as original or even bigger but the image looks really bad.
What am I doing wrong here?

Please make sure that you are uploading the image the full size as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
Also the original image size is: 2400 by 688 pixels Try creating a photo with those dimensions and see if everything is in order.
