Hi there,
we have a site in production that we have requested be moved to another domain.
However, the client did not tell me that they have also asked for the site to be duplicated (to a sub domain)
http://www.farewells.co.uk
http://www.farewells.co.uk/dev1
There seems an issue with both instances running on the same server space and we were informed it was consuming too many resources due to looping).
I immediately thought it may be a licence key issue and instructed the client to purchase an additional key (under their own Envato account). So all legal and fair.
I have also deleted the newspaper theme and installed a fresh one and now wish to activate the new key. I hope this will work. How do I do this?
This is a very urgent request and would really appreciate your assistance asap. We’ve worked really hard to buold the site.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Very best regards.
Ken
Hi there (again),
I have successfully changed the licence key for the other site, so now legal.
However when I activate TD Composer, the entire website considerably and becomes unusable.
Could you please get back to me ASAP as we need to go live.
Many many thanks
Hello !
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please note that support team is answering the topics from latest to newest. So if you keep replying to your topic you only make the waiting time longer.
Thank you !
Hi Vlad,
It’s from Ken@webjump.co.uk. Can you tie speak to Alex, as he is investigating the issue. Hopefully getting there now, but looks so far, as an issue with a Cloud template.
Many thanks so far, and all the support I’m getting from the team.
Ken
Hi Vlad,
We have been instructed to disable the contents, themes and plugin folders as the host has informed us that the Newspaper site is taking up too many resources.
I have been liasing with Alex, can you please ask him to take a look ASAP, as it seemed okay this afternoon.
Many thanks.
PS. We have already sent over hosting and WP logging info.
