Instagram tag div widget not working

I go to theme panel -> footer -> instagram settings -> and enable SHOW THE FOOTER INSTAGRAM SECTION
I fill in my INSTAGRAM ID and I get the error | Instagram | Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved

I tried another public ID like “instagram” and nothing works either

I have version 9.8 installed

Hello !

Usually this message appears when your website IP is blocked on Instagram or there are some problems to connect to the Instagram id, please try to use an Instagram plugin that requires a token, this will authenticate your website ip and should work.

So, do you suggest me not to use the tag div plugin and use another one instead?

I have the same problem on another installation

It is on another server. None of them is blocked
