TD Composer – Element bg color makes the content disappear

Hi!

I am using TD Composer and if I implement a bg color for a element that includes e.g. plain text, the bgcolor overrides the content and makes the text disappear.
Example in the pictures. I have tried to find a solution several different ways, but no luck.
