How To Add A Link lol… to Inline Text

What am I missing here? In content, and in the decitpion I can not add a link to any of the text https://imgur.com/a/oBjtDkD

Is there a different element I need to use?

Unfortunately the inline text does not have an option of LINK. You can insert a url by using the html tags: .
