Cloud Templates Changes Not Saving in TagDiv Composer

Hello, I have been creating and editing a Cloud Templates header in the TagDiv Composer and experiencing an error: changes are not saving after they are made and the “save” button is clicked. When making changes inside the TagDiv Composer, clicking save returns a success message. However, attempting to navigate away from the page after a “successful” save returns a warning message stating that not everything has been saved and changes may be lost.

I have tried approximately 20 times to save changes to this Cloud Templates with no further success. I made a bit of progress up until a certain point but work saved inside the editor is no longer saved. Can you help me resolve this?

As a note, I have checked the documentation of “when TagDiv Composer is not working” and this type of error does not apply.

This screenshot shows the “success” of saving inside TagDiv Composer. Dropbox Link Here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0prmci280pqhv4i/screen_shot_01.jpg?dl=0

This screenshot shows the “unsaved content” warning when attempting to leave the editor. Dropbox Link Here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wqicrj2ondxul7h/screen_shot_02.jpg?dl=0

I hope this brings clarity to what I am experiencing so that this can be resolved. Thank you.

I’m running the following:
Newspaper 9.8
Wordpress 5.2.3
No 3rd party plugins

I too am having this issue. It’s quite maddening. You click save, it says it saved, but then you close out the template and somethings have not saved.

Hi @Precise14010,

This can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks
