Line in border can't remove

There is a pesky line in the border that I can’t remove next to the title. How can I get rid of this?

There’s actually black horizontal border lines down the whole page! Where are they to delete?

It’s on the top of the blog section in 3 locations so I assume it’s attached to the header of each section? line

Was this meant for me? I haven’t asked about the footer…

Please can you just tell me where the option is the get rid of this black line on each section?! Or CSS to get rid? It looks like a box-border or similar when I’m inspecting it
