I contacted my hosting provider they said that the Requirement for memory limit is up to mark.
WordPress 4.0 or later – WP version is 5.2.3
Apache or Nginx – Apache php.ini
memory limit: 40MB (recommended: 96M) – it’s 768MB
PHP version 7.0 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.2) – using PHP 7.2 at the moment
MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater) – MySQL is 5.6
The mod_rewrite Apache module (optional) – It’s enabled
I want to add the shortcode in my column. So if there is any other way to put shortcode then tell me.
I am not understanding why it’s not working. I also give you the wp-login credentials and you said that everything is working fine. But its bot working fine.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
