Trying to figure out a way to set the general author page as a custom link.
I want it to be the same as the users forum profile page. example: https://plantgrowersclub.com/community/profile/
I use wpForo and have a shortcode I can use to display the current profile. When I tried to use my shortcode [wpforo item=”profile”] in the author page template it throws off all the CSS and doesn’t look like the normal forum profile page.
I want the user to be able to click that profile picture at the top right in the header when they are logged in, and instead of displaying their wordpress author page, it should display their profile page.
This is an example of the profile page:
https://plantgrowersclub.com/community/profile/bill/
I want this to display the above link instead (or a way to change the link itself):
https://plantgrowersclub.com/author/bill/
Nevermind, I figured it out. I was able to do this in the wpForo settings.
