– Where is the preset loader? It is the same Flex Box 4 but the loader is missing somehow what do I do wrong?

I’ve just checked on my install and for me this is working properly, this can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you for that fast reply! Our office is soon closed, so I will reach out again tomorrow with the admin details etc on mail and it would be good if you guys could give us a hand and fix it on the site yourself. Cause the site is already up live and running. We are a famous Content Marketing Agency in Switzerland, and we cannot turn the site off because of the readers… that’s why I ask you to do that work for us as you can probably do it a lot faster and know already where to look. So tomorrow I would reach out again and supervise the work you do if that’s fine.
