Block Header 8 and color settings

In [Theme Panel]-[Block Settings] I have changed “Block Header Template” from “Block Heade 1 – Default” to “Block Header 8”.
In [Theme Panel]-[Theme colors] I have changed the “HEADERS TEXT COLOR” from Default to “#FF0000”.
Now all block titles show TEXT in #FF00000 color, but “Border” in GRAY color.
But if I customize a block from tagDiv composer I can set “Border color” in “HEADER SETTINGS” in order to make it like header text.
Can someone help to configure “Block Header 8” in order to obtain the same color for text and border?

If you want to change the color from menu header you’ll need to check this section -> http://prntscr.com/pq04bh or if you want to have some more control over the header menu you can use the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library on header manager -> http://prntscr.com/pq05mn
