Hello,
I am modeling my new site after another one, that was previously built on Visual Composer. Everything works great, with the exception of one thing.
Whenever I try to have a nice background image like this one – http://www.rangefindernow.com
For whatever reason, my new site will not pull the background image. It’s just a gray box. See – sledheadzzz.com

Actually, you cannot upload a hero image to the site either.
Is this really not a function anymore? I have 11 licenses to this theme on other accounts and it works on the others.
