Hi! I’m having a problem with the newspaper theme. After installing the Life News Pro demo there is now a grey bar underneath the main menu on every blog post. I tried getting rid of it by playing around with the setting on ‘edit template’ but nothing worked:(
I even tried deleting the whole newspaper theme and reinstalling it, but this didn’t work either. And of course, I also cleared cache and deleted cookies and all that stuff.
It also seems that this grey bar is only on Chrome visible because it doesn’t appear on Safari.
Take a look at the image to see what I mean:
…or go directly to a blog post to see the grey bar:
I would really appreciate it A LOT if you could help me get rid of this annoying grey bar.
Thank in advance,
Bogdan
Hi,
That is the background color from the header zone, in order to change it you’ll need to edit the header, click on header menu -> http://prntscr.com/pq22e3 and check the css tab -> http://prntscr.com/pq22m7 -> http://prntscr.com/pq232b
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hey Calin,
I did what you said and nothing changed. I still have this ugly grey gap between the menu and the featured post…
here, check it out:
…and I don’t think the problem is the color, it seems like there is an actual gap between the header and the featured image. But keep in mind, this came straight from the installation on a brand new and empty website…so I wasn’t messing around with it.
Look this is the demo on tagdiv.com:
and this is the newspaper theme installed on my site:
Why is there a grey gap???
I really need this to be solved because it’s incredibly frustrating I bought the newspaper theme and installed it as in the instructions of tagdiv documentation. Where is the problem?!
