I am trying to open tagDiv Composer to edit the website, it’s not working.
When I am trying with WPBakery Page Builder, I am unable to get any blocks to add on pages.

Unfortunately yes, even tough WP bakery is a tested plugin I personally wouldn’t recommend using it. Since tagDiv Composer was created as our own page builder the developers are working on developing this plugin.
Deactivate the WP Bakery and check if the issue is still there.
