How to add widget sidebar to the right of a block?

I am trying to add a widget sidebar to the right of this block:

It should look like this where I did it before but I can’t remember how I did it.

I thought maybe adding 2 columns side by side but I can’t figure it out.

Thanks for the response. When I click on it, all blocks change instead of just the one I am working on. I created a short video but I’m at the library so I couldnt talk loud.

thanks for the response. I think that’s what I’m trying to do but I can’t do it. And when you say row, do you mean column? Shouldn’t it be in different columns, not rows?

can you create a shorts screen recording showing me how you do this? Because this is what I’m trying to do but I just can’t do it.
