Sometimes with some videos grabbing an image doesnt seem to work properly.
I tried to use YouTubes URL provided in Browser bar and that you get if you copy&paste it klicking on “Share”.

Example 1: Didnt work out. I thought it might be some conflict with the “source” field.
Thats why i did another posting with the same video, but without a source. Same result: no featured image.

Besides the theme plugins only Magic Fields is active.

You have to paste in Featured video the link from the browser, this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ts9FHLSE3uY
When you create a post, add the video link in Featured Video box and save the post, after that check if you have featured image http://screencast.com/t/qhxYssQwj
