Whats the difference between default and default pro?
I currently use the default demo. If I uninstall the Default and then install Default Pro. Will everything work ok or is there a lot of things different on the back-end

If you started on Newspaper 10 we recommend using the PRO layouts and disable the standard pack for a greater speed. You can use the PRO layouts and Cloud Templates from the library.

Thank you for your quick response however you did not answer my question. I setup my website in January 2019 as default. My question was if I uninstall that theme and install the default pro will it look fine or will there be issues. I see you mentioned it is faster but will everything look OK or do I need to redo the website as default pro.

You can convert to PRO and it is recommended if you want greater speed. The stept to convert would be to deactivate the Standard pack plugin and after that re-design or adjust your layout if needed, normally there should be no conflict or problem.
