My site is not working after updating. I tried to update the tagdiv standard plugin but the following error comes:
Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10003 milliseconds
How do I proceed. It is shattering. I wanted to send screenshots but I dont find a place to attach them. PLEASE HELP.
i have sent an email to contact@tagdiv with screenshots and detailed report.. my hosting providers have pinpointed an infected file.. please see to it..
THis is so frustrating.. in spite of mentioning thAT one of the theme file is infected (as stated by the hosting provider and given the path also (public_html/sapp-wp-signon.php), I have not got any acknowledgement or any status update.. what should I do… this is pathetic customer service I must say.. please guide i need to get hold of my website’s functionality again.. PLEASE

If the theme has been downloaded from themeforest, then it is perfectly safe. The package is scanned by us and by Envato, so if downloaded from this source there will be no problem.
