The author is not shown in custom post type entry

In the single page of the custom post type, the author is not shown. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi,

Make sure that when you set the template for custom post type you set the single-loop for that template too.

My custom post type is ‘program’. I have created the two files ‘single-program.php’ and ‘loop-single-program.php’. I have edited the required_once in single-program.php. I have done exactly what you recommended me in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-singles-view-in-custom-post-type/

What should I do additionally?
