I have purchased a Newspaper 10 theme as a regular license, similarly installed on a domain and registered. But can I install it on a new domain? If not, can I transfer my license (Reset) to another website? Kindly help me…

According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)

– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
You can reset the key from one domain and use it on the other one by going into Theme Panel – System Status and you can reset it from there.

You can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems. For the other websites, please consider buying another license key.
