I had added a advt code in ADS from Theme panel now it is not clickable (https://news.kuwaittimes.net/website/)
also I cannot choose the template for pages its unclickable

Theme panel is not clickable I cannot change anything in Theme panel nor TDComposer is working

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Thanks, I disabled each and every plugin found that nothing to do with Wordfence it was insert banner plugin was creating problem. It is working fine now
