Hi,

1. GTMetrix is an awesome product, but Lighthouse also checks browser rendering performance.
Both the server and rendering performance generate a perceptual speed index.
Even when your server responds in a fraction of a second, scripts and styles can harm rendering performance.

2. https://prnt.sc/q2j7gi these images are for banners, usually are set in ads place, so you’ll need to check the ads.

3. Is possible that the similar scripts to be loaded from different plugins.
