Hello – I set my Google Adsense settings to only show ads on the sidebar and bottom of the article https://www.screencast.com/t/0EuKN9WxN. However when I pull up my site I’m seeing ads in other areas such as https://www.screencast.com/t/tlIAX4rcy. Why is this happening and how can I prevent it?

If you implemented you auto-ads into head tag they will get displayed all over the website. To restrict that we recommend using the AD Box element and paste the adsense code only in there.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I followed these steps and am only using the ad box element – made sure that I don’t have auto ads into my head tag. Those ads I screenshotted above are still showing up, but oddly only in Chrome desktop browser (not safari or IE). Any idea why this would be happening?

Please make sure that you’ve cleared your browsers cache. When on your page press SHIFT + CTRL + R and this should be clear.
