Is there a way to make the publish time appear in Newspaper theme?

Hello !
In order to activate the published date in Newspaper all you have to do is to activate this option here: https://www.screencast.com/t/CJ8SQg2tXq If you want to display the hours and minutes follow this tutorial here since this is an wordpress option: https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/displaying-the-date-and-time-in-the-loop–cms-32237
