Footer SSL certificate seal banner problem

Hi, I talked to Godaddy. They told me to meet the theme makers. They wanted to make sure there was a line of footer code.

I want the ssl certificate banner to appear in the footer area. I added the code as raw html so that the Godaddy certificate would appear as a banner, but it doesn’t appear in the bottom row of my website. What we need to do?
