widget overflow hidden/visible

Having an issue with some CSS from tagdiv composer. The widget overflow coding is hiding my users notifications within my peepso plugin. From what I understand, I need to change the coding to this:

.widget {

overflow: visible;
}

Will this work without breaking other parts of my site?

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not tested the peepso plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Also that code should affect only the weak css for widget class.
