Hello !

Yes, you can achieve this using the tagDiv Composer and using Icon Box elements and choose the ROW layout as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/FgnVlV6HJ

Still I am confuse, because you send me screenshot of desktop version not mobile version. Please tell me can I create grid menu layout for mobile version with tagdiv composer.

In order to reproduce this layout on mobile version you will have to edit the mobile viewport as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zwcyh0nDOl

Please note that if you’re using the MOBILE Theme plugin this option is not available.
