Hi,
I write a review about restaurants and want to use the star related Reviews in Post settings.
Unfortunately this Review is for products and not for places – google will not be happy with that
Can I change the settings somewhere in Theme settings? or just use a plug-in for reviews

Unfortunately the reviews are related to posts, That is the only way reviews work. For any other kind of reviews you will have to use a plugin.
