Composer doesn't show up on the menu. How do I use it?

Composer doesn’t show up on the menu. How do I use it?
Plugin is installed and activated. Site refreshed several times.
All System Status check boxes are green.

Hi,

“Composer doesn’t show up on the menu” I do not quite understand the problem, you can not edit the header template ? if yes, then you need to have a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud library set on homepage/or theme panel.
