am using a nepali font ive uploaded it and its still not working?

Hi,
Please make sure that you’ve make all the settings as in our guide from here -> Font customization, you’ll need to download the font you want to use it, make sure that this is in .woff format, if not you’ll need to convert it https://convertio.co/ after that upload the font -> http://prntscr.com/pgrp1j ->
