There has been critical error on web-site

Hello,

I just purchased new plugin “DW Question Answer Pro” and when I try to see question page, I’m getting “There has been critical error on web-site.

I enabled WP Debug mode and debug.log file show following error;

[17-Dec-2019 10:34:18 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare td_comment() (previously declared in /home/cncforum/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/comments.php:138) in /home/cncforum/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/comments.php on line 138

I think some integration problem but if you have any idea or temporary solution, I would like to know it.

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not tested the DW Question Answer Pro plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

I am getting this same error:
<b>Fatal error</b>: Cannot redeclare td_comment() (previously declared in /home/wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/comments.php:138) in <b>/home/wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/comments.php</b> on line <b>138</b><br />

It happens when I try to display a parent category. The plugin Enhanced Category Pages causes a conflict (so I deactivated it).

The problem happens when there is text in the description of the parent category. Remove the text, and you don’t get the error.
