Arrow showing off screen columns

Merry Christmas everyone!

What would be the best way to achieve this kind of block structure? where some columns are off screen and appears once we press an arrow button.

Ideally, I would like more than 5 columns for 1 row, with arrow buttons to reveal extra columns.
The example above would be perfect to me.

Basically, I need a carousel, I suppose you have a such a basic feature, but I can’t find it and I’m afraid to use a Carousel plugin that could potentially clash with your TD Composer
