widget "tagDiv social counter" not showing style option

Hi, I’m trying to select another design in the “tagDiv social counter” widget but I can’t see the Style option mentioned in the documentation.

Extra fact:
I am using the theme on my local server without being registered

Hello!

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi again, I already did the tests and I still don’t see the style option, something else I can try?

Could it be that I am updating from 7 to 10?

Hello again, I could show the “style” menu I just modified in the plugin “tagDiv Social Counter” file td-social-counter.php, delete line 317 “group” => “Style” now works fine.

Hi,

I think that you are referring to social counter -> http://prntscr.com/q35tmj, for this please this can be set in appearance > widgets and you can change the layout by adding an extra class -> http://prntscr.com/q35uvw -> http://prntscr.com/q35v73 -> td-social-style1 just change the number “1” in 2, 3, 4 … so on.
