Hi, we have over 9,000 posts on our website that have captions because we credit people when they submit photos. We have to have captions under the featured images. Please let me know how I can turn this feature on or else I would need a refund since I only want to use the Romania theme. Every theme I have used automatically shows the excerpts when I change the theme, except for this one. Please let me know.

Unfortunately the Romanian News and most of the Demos use the Single Post BG Featured image element which indeed does not have captions. You can replace them using the Single Post Featured image: https://www.screencast.com/t/UUfNwoRVzIPi This can be achieved using the tagDiv Composer and editing the Post Template.
