What kind of error are you facing ? In order to receive help from the support team we have to know what exactly is happening on your end so we can diagnose and solve the issue. Also please provide some screenshots of your error.

Here’s the note while uploading photos: Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2020/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
