I want to create posts – or add links – in my newspaper site that contains the title of the post, an image, and when the user clicks on it, redirects to the an external link.
I´ve attached a print of my site and what I want to do.

What you want it can be achieve with some tagDiv Composer elements as title over image -> https://i.imgur.com/gY54Rtd.png or image box or other elements that can display an image and you can set a link on it -> https://i.imgur.com/4PdVRfd.png -> https://i.imgur.com/m8SEvT7.png

But to do it in my main page, I need to do it manually? Is there a way to this images, excerpt and links be used as I create a new post?

If you want to be redirect from the module/block to the external link set then this can be done only manually, if this is not need and is ok to open the post first and from inside it then you can create it as a normal.
