Issue with footr background image

I’m using the standard pro version and I’m stuck. I tried to create the footer without using the footer template and when I add widgets in the widget area they are adding to the existing and not replacing them. But ultimately what I want is just replace the background image which I can never do because it keeps showing the error “Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
I tried FF and Chrome to see if it was browser related but it’s the same.

Hello !

When using a Pro demo all the customization can be done using the tagDiv Composer. You will have to create a footer template but there you will be able to to use the widgets elements in order to integrate the widgets via tagDiv Composer.

I hope this was helpful !

Thank you !

I did that but then I switch to using the theme panel because when I imported the footer template it doesn’t work properly and doesn’t let me change a few things without throwing errors. Now I’m using the theme panel and I can do exactly what I want except that there’s already content in the column in the footer so when I add widgets it just adds up. where are those elements added if I’m not using a footer template?
Look at the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/6cMLvC.jpg
Editor Pick, Popular posts and popular category is there by default. I never added them. I’m not using a page for the footer and add widgets on my own which you can see but the ones that are already there how do I get rid of them?

Hello !

That comes from the footer syle, you have to simply change the footer style as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/i8N9xttC Also check for those errors because they are most likely caused by a plugin conflict.

I hope this was helpful !
