After adding adsense code in header, like in the image, our translations for header banner and footer do not apply correctly.
Is there any other way to implement the code?

This is a strange situation. The two of them should not conflict but you can try and insert the code in Theme Panel – Ads – Header Ad.

How are we suppose to place the code when we can’t verify the site in adsense? This code in the image was placed for verification

The verification code is placed correctly in your page: https://www.screencast.com/t/aPA0dxB2 If it is in this place that is correct.
And in order to DISPLAY the ads, after you’ve placed the code you can insert the adsense code in the theme panel – ads.

I do not know if you are really understanding the initial question.
I know where to place the code. I know where to place the adsense codes after placing the verification code.
My issue is; after I place the verification code in the header.php, our string translations for the current header banner and the footer resets and do not apply correctly.
