Hi. Am I missing something here? When I go into the Cloud library to download a new blog post template, some of them aren’t displaying properly which means I cant downloaded them because part of the information is missing off the screen. Or is this just me being stupid? Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins ( let only tagDiv plugin), also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
Thanks for the reply. I should elaborate, its not actually the templates that aren’t displaying properly. I mean when I go into the ‘Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library’ to browse for a new template to download, on some of the previews the text runs off the screen so I cant physically download them because the download button is not visible. For example when I view ‘Single Post 35’, the description, tags and additional information falls off the side of the screen. There is consequently no download button because it is not visible. I have tried removing clearing the cache and have tried a number of different internet browsers but it hasn’t fixed the issue. As it is only some of the template descriptions that aren’t displaying properly within the cloud library it would seem it is likely a problem from your end?
I would attach a screen shot but I can’t see a way to do this? I am completely new to WordPress by the way 🙂
Many thanks
Hi,
Please make a full backup to your website and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
I am having exactly the same problem. Was there ever a solution found??
Strangely enough it was a browser problem. Basically I was using Chrome in Mac and it was zoomed in too far. You have to press + or – to zoom. I think you have to hold either command or control or something too. This fixed the problem. Not sure why it was only happening with some pages though.
