I have enable the Share Buttons by AddThis plugin. I prefer to have the addthis plugin instead the tool that you have.
How can I deactivate your share tool on post – pages?

In order to deactivate sharing on posts you will have to go into Theme Panel – Post Settings – Sharing and disable all the options available there: https://www.screencast.com/t/Yju5ZhDY8
