Is there anywhere within the Theme Panel to disable the responsive feature?

Nope. This is a “responsive” theme.

Thanks for the quick response, Chris.
I’m just seeing a lower CPC for my ads since switching to the theme. I didn’t known if that made a difference or not.

Responsive is good, since it makes the site more “available” for mobile devices, and will also pass Google’s new “mobile compatible” program, where they will start putting a label on search results to identify which sites work with mobile and which do not.
Ad placement should, of course, be massaged for each device type (or viewport), for best placement/visibility.
It’s a process 🙂
