empty "best articles" widget

Hi!
After categories changing widget “best articles” in sidebar http://aibolit.club has empty initial content.
How to fill it?
(Block1: Content preloading: No preloading,
if it changed, widget neither loading nor filter work)

Hi,

You need to go in Appearance> Widgets and set in Newsmag Default the widgets you want to have -> https://i.imgur.com/SR8MpEv.png
“(Block1: Content preloading: No preloading, if it changed, widget neither loading nor filter work)” unfortunately I do not quite understand what you mean, you have set a preload on block 1 and this is not working?

Hi, Calin!
This is about Newsmag Default sidebar widget. It worked with demo content. After changing categories and posts, initial content of this widget become empty on first page.
For now I filled it with id posts listing. I also tryed id author – no result. Specific category instead of “All categories” – no result! If click on any article this widget will have filled, if return to first page – emptied.

Why did fail Category filter + Random Posts settings for this widget content on first page?
(Content preloading filter field is unrelevant to this issue, sorry.)

Hi,

If I’m right the default sidebar widget should start from here -> https://i.imgur.com/Ng0340S.png also is possible that the initial content be been set with posts id, so is possible to be one one of the cases.
Please provide some screenshots with the settings you’ve made in this way I will be able to test if is a theme bug or not.

I just purchased the WordPress Automatic Plugin and newsmag theme and the plugin will not install. Is there an issue?

Indeed, I had it worked normal with demo content. After changing blog content to mine, as posts and categories, it fail. What it might be and how to fix?

Please replace that Block 1 with a now one and try to see if this is working.
