Problem with Flex block 1 (ajax view counter)

Hello, I am using ajax view counter in theme panel.

In flex block 1, I set filter – Sort order to popular (last 7 days) and it doesn’t come out correctly. Output is nothing.

I waited for more than a week because it seems to take time to reflect, but nothing is output even after a while. What’s wrong?

I have same problem, Popular last 7 days returns empty block without posts. How can we solve this?
I have a project which I need to publish before tomorrow, and I have this one block on our home page (Flex block 1), but it isnt working as it is supposed to.
I used this before on earlier versions of Newsmag and Newspaper themes, and it was ok.
Is there any override so I can fix it manually before new update arrives?

no solution for this? this is advertised part of this theme, and it isnt working at all

I have standard pack activated, but SHOW POST VIEWS were disabled, because I dont want views to be shown anywhere on my site.
I tried to activate this option, but then hide it with display: none; and it shows for one second then it dissapears which I dont like.
For now I am using wp popular posts widget on my homesite, but I would rather use some block from newspaper theme.
can we expect this to be fixed soon? i remember it working before on previous versions of newspaper and newsmag
