ADS click to URL

Good day
In ADS (Theme Panal/ads) I use the following code:

I use localstars.com to make up my ads.

When clicking on the ad I get a new window with a 400

Where do I change the url settings for the ad to click through to the site – in this case:

https://arrienel.co.za/schoemansville/

My site is kormorant.co.za
