MainMenu Dropdowns not visible in Mobile View

I am unable to see the Mainmenu dropdowns in the Mobile view. Kindly help.

Hi,

Unfortunately I can not access your website -> https://i.imgur.com/Hl6sHVR.png but if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then the mega menu will not be display on mobile theme, this can work only on responsive version of Newsmag theme. What you can do is to create a mobile menu and set it on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/KU4tKVK.png

We are using the Responsive version of Newsmag Theme only.
Please try to access our website once again.

I am not sure why it was not loading at your end.

May be am not sure why Romania is Blocked.
I cannot see any blocked IP’s in my panel. ( https://imgur.com/piflhDm )

Yes we have the latest version of Newsmag ( https://imgur.com/qnTDmzH )
Somehow now I am able to see the dropdowns while viewing on my Mobile, only When the tagdiv Mobile Theme Plugin is Active ( https://imgur.com/2evWKkq )

Now it is visible like this https://imgur.com/i7hMU5t

But if the Mobile Theme Plugin is Deactivated, then the Dropdowns are not visible while viewing on my Mobile ( https://imgur.com/eCXwPEb ). This is what I am unable to understand.

Hi,

I still can not access your website, sorry!
Please notice that the last version is 4.9.2 not v4.9 please make the update, after that there should be no problems, but first please make a full backup to your website and database.
