Please let me know how to add Cloud Template to default sidebar.

Hello !
Unfortunately that option is not available. You can create your custom sidebar by editing the template with tagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/TcxxwIjOZjI7
Edit the ROW and you will be able to see multiple layouts and edit the ROW.
